My client is recruiting for an experienced Warranty & Maintenance Manager to lead our post-construction service function and ensure our clients receive a seamless experience long after handover. The Role You'll oversee all warranty, maintenance and defect management across completed homes. From managing the 90-day defect period to coordinating trades and navigating building commissioner requirements, you'll be the key point of contact ensuring issues are resolved quickly, professionally and in line with NSW regulations. What You'll Be Doing Managing all warranty, maintenance and post-settlement defect claims Look after a team of 3 Maintenance Supervisors & 3 Coordinators.
